Be a Peace-maker

Look at what Jesus said in Matt 6:9:

"Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called sons of God. Christians, with all the hatred and chaos spread around the world, we need to intentionally reflect the characteristics of our Father in heaven. Throughout the day we have several opportunities to defuse tension and arguing just by the way we answer people.  For instance in Prov. 15:1: A gentle answer turns away wrath, But a harsh word stirs up anger. When people are rude to us, we can say  respond with something pleasant.  God says your gentle and pleasant response turns away anger. Pray while people are being rude, ask God to give you a pleasant and peaceful response. Let the Lord use you to bring peace.  After all  you are child of the God of peace.
