Do you possess high standards in everything you do? I am not referring to perfectionism which is often rooted in the desire to not be rejected or criticized. Nor am I referring to doing things well because you want something in return such as a payment, a good grade, a contract, a special relationship, etc. Possess high standards because high standards are a Christian value rooted in the Word of God.
Christian's use God's standard for everything you do: "Whatever you do, do your work heartily, as for the Lord rather than for men,
24 knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance. It is the Lord Christ whom you serve" (Col. 3:23-24).
