According to II Tim. 2:2, faithful Christians produce faithful Christians. That is, we teach with words and through our lifestyles principles from the Bible.
Disciple making is not accidental. We pray about someone or a group of people who are willing to learn and we pour our lives into their lives through regularly scheduled meetings and with growing in Christ as the agenda (remember the Word of God and prayer are essential ingredients).
Jesus proved the effectiveness of disciple making by producing the numerous believers who followed Him (many of which were killed for following Jesus).
Loyal Followers of Jesus exists today as living proof that the process works.
The question is will Christians today continue making loyal followers of Jesus despite the numerous agendas before the church today (ref. Matt. 28:18-20; II Tim. 2:2).
Who are you turning into a loyal follower of Jesus so they can turn someone else into a loyal follower of Jesus?
God Bless,
Pastor Kennedy (MZO)
